First ever remote closing of NASDAQ stock exchange at the University of Dayton Arena March 27, 2008. The Flyer Pep Band provided spirit to get the R.I.S.E symposium students and dignitaries from throughout the world excited for this event.

Roberts can surpass UD legend Jim Paxton next Monday when they play in the second round of the NIT in Normal, Illinois at Illinois State. Roberst needs 19 to tie Jim Paxton.

Chris Wright reportedly cleared to play Wednesday BUT...

He's back !!! BUT maybe not quite yet! Maybe Monday???

Doug Hauschild, Sports Information Director of UD stated: "He has been cleared to practice. His game status depends on how he responds to the increased activity". Chris had another medical appointment yesterday; we will have to wait for results for Illinois State game.

Here we go again X!!!

The Flyer seniors, Roberts, Binnie and Sandoval, have one more shot at X as they battle once again for the sixth time in three years. The Flyers played XU in the second game last year of the A-10 with Scott and Johnson sitting on the bench with crutches. Can the Flyer Faithful bring home a win IF Chris Wright is on the floor?

Faithful salute the seniors ... but their work is not yet done!

The Flyers finish regular season at 20-9 and head for the A-10 Tourney in Atlantic City. UD plays Saint Louis at 12noon on Wednesday and the winner at that contest plays Xavier on Thursday at 12:30PM. The Flyers seem to want to play many more games this season as they win three in a row and two of them on the road. Experts seem to indicate that the Flyers need to win 1st and 2nd games in the A-10 to get NCAA consideration.

Biggest game of the season for the Flyers Saturday

The Flyers look to get to the magic number "20" against tough Saint Joes Saturday at 2PM. The Flyer Faithful will honor seniors Brian Roberts, Jimmy Binnie and Andre Sandoval before the game. The Flyers head to Atlantic City next week for the A-10 Tournament.
